Homemade Mac & Cheese

Baked gouda mac and cheese takes a classic comfort dish and gives it a rich, smoky upgrade. Creamy, tender noodles are coated in a velvety cheese sauce where gouda melts beautifully, adding a subtle depth that sets it apart from traditional versions. As it bakes, the top turns golden and crisp, creating the perfect contrast to the smooth, indulgent center. It’s the kind of dish that feels a little elevated but still deeply comforting—perfect for family dinners, holidays, or anytime you want mac and cheese with a little extra character.
