What you will need:
3-4 Pork Chops, ¾ in thick
1 tablespoon Garlic, minced
1-20 oz can Pineapple Slices, undrained
2-10.5 oz cans Cream of Golden Mushroom Soup
3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
½ cup Onions, chopped
2 tablespoons Honey
2 tablespoons Green Onions
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°
In small blender combine 1/2 of sliced pineapples and juice from can, blend until pineapple is mostly blended.
In large bowl combine cream of golden mushroom soup, blended pineapple, soy sauce, garlic, honey, oil and onions.
Place pork chops at bottom of 9 x 13 baking dish or 10.5 inch cast iron grill pan, pour mixture over the top and sprinkle with green onions.
Bake uncovered at 350° for 60 minutes or until internal temp is at 160°
In separate pan or on grill brown remaining pineapple slices to serve with meal.
Serve with snap or snow peas and white rice.
Polynesian Pork Chops

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Blend pineapple:
In a small blender, combine half of the pineapple slices with the juice from the can. Blend until mostly smooth. - Make sauce:
In a large bowl, mix together:
Cream of golden mushroom soup
Blended pineapple mixture
Soy sauce
Garlic
Honey
Oil
Onion - Assemble dish:
Place pork chops in the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish or a 10.5-inch cast iron grill pan.
Pour the sauce mixture over the top.
Sprinkle with green onions. - Bake:
Bake uncovered at 350°F for about 60 minutes, or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C). - Prepare extra pineapple:
While the pork cooks, brown the remaining pineapple slices in a graded cast iron pan or on a grill. - Serve:
Serve pork chops with grilled pineapple slices, snap or snow peas, and white rice.
