Buttercream Frosting Recipe:
1 cup butter, softened
3 tablespoons whipping cream
2 teaspoons almond extract
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups powdered sugar
Wilton Icing Gel – Sky Blue
In medium mixing bowl combine all ingredients using an electric mixer until smooth. Use small paint brush dipped in black food dye and flick brush to speckle frosting to give it the robin egg look.
For best results keep frosted cookies in freezer until frosting hardens.
