Makes: 4 Croissants
Ingredients
½ cup celery, diced
¼ cup red onion, chopped
½ cup cranberries, dried
½ cup almonds, sliced
¼ tablespoon garlic, minced
¾ cup mayonnaise
¼ teaspoon paprika
¼ pepper
¼ salt
2 cups chicken, cooked & cubed
4 croissants
Top with red leaf lettuce (optional)
Directions:
In large bowl, combine all ingredient together. Spoon ½ cup fulls of mixture onto croissants. Top with lettuce Serve immediately
