Ingredients:
3 – 4 | Chicken Breasts |
1 box | Stove Top Dressing – chicken |
5 tablespoons | Butter/Margarine – melted |
1 -10.5 ounce can | Chicken and Rice Soup |
Optional | |
3 – 4 slices | Kraft Sliced Cheese |
1 can | Whole Kernel Corn |
1 cup | Carrots – Cooked |
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350˚
In 3 Quart baking dish with lid; place chicken breasts on bottom of baking dish place cheese on top (optional).
In medium sized mixing bowl, combine dressing, chicken and rice soup, and butter together; pour on top of chicken.
Bake covered for 60 minutes at 350˚ or until chicken internal temp is 165 ˚
Prepare this meal a head of time and keep in refrigerator until ready to bake.
Top with corn, cooked carrots, or gravy.
