Blueberry Gooey Butter Cake

Serves: 6 – 10
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 40 – 50 minutes

What you will need:

1 box Yellow Cake Mix
1 Egg
8 tablespoon Butter, softened
1 – 8-ounce package Cream Cheese, softened
1 – ounce can Blueberry Pie Filling
3 Eggs
1 teaspoon Vanilla
8 tablespoons Butter, softened
4 cups Powdered Sugar
2 tablespoons Cornstarch



In medium mixing bowl, combine yellow cake mix, 1, egg and 1 stick ( 8 tablespoons).butter. Use large spoon to press mixture together ( use hands if needed)


Once thoroughly mixed place into 9 x 13 baking dish and press out to line bottom of the pan.


Using electric mixing beat together 1 stick (8 tablespoons) butter, 3 eggs, cream cheese and vanilla.


Add blueberries and continue mixing. When blueberries are mixed in gradually add powdered sugar.


Pour over crust and bake uncovered at 350° for 40 – 50 minutes. Let cool for 15 – 20 minutes serve warm.

    One of the best cakes out there! Very moist and gooey! The crust for this cake is incredible! Great warmed up or cold!
