What you will need:
1 ½ tablespoon Sriracha
½ cup sour cream or plain yogurt
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon onion powder or dried flakes
dash of salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
In bowl combine all ingredients. Makes about 3/4 cup. Keep refrigerated
Great on almost anything! Chicken, burgers, French fries, sandwiches, eggs, fish and rice.
